Wow. 1000 members. The last update post I did, we had just crested 600, so a really BIG welcome to everyone who's just joined us due to the first Beta Weekend Event!  We're glad you're here and pleased you found 2RP. Welcome to the community, all of you.

On a personal note:  It's a very humbling thing for me to have so many people join this site. It's been a dream of mine for some time to have a vibrant community for Guild Wars 2 roleplay, and everyone here is making that a reality. I hope everyone had a fabulous time last weekend - for me, it was amazing to finally watch so many of the characters I've seen here in the forums come to life on the screen.  Thank you so much for being here and sharing this journey with me.

Also, a special thanks to everyone who took the time to head over to the Guild Wars 2 official forums to let their thoughts and opinions about the game features that are important to roleplayers. I'm confident that they'll hear our feedback and seriously consider how better to accomodate
